Our history

Founded over 20 years ago, Techsol has evolved from its roots of being a traditional technology solutions provider, trading through four specialist subsidiaries, Amitech IT, Micross Logic, Bit Systems, and Applied Business Solutions, into a single digital transformation solutions provider.

Combining forces and merging the companies together has allowed us to offer customers a far superior offering, whereby they can choose one single provider as their technology partner. No longer needing to manage multiple solutions providers and with only one company to contact for support.

Supported by over 50 staff, each working in a specialist area, we provide personalised services for our customers across the UK. Working with industry-leading software partners, we deliver, develop, and support a host of technologies that revolutionise workplaces.

Acquisition of Charlton Networks

We acquire Tewkesbury based MSP, Charlton Networks expanding our services into the West Country

Acquisition of IBIT Solutions

We acquire IBIT Solutions, an MSP in Coventry, expanding into The Midlands for the first time

The Wortmann Award

Our MD, Gavin Morgan, is honoured with the Wortmann Award at the National Space Centre. Recognising his influence, dedication to mentoring, and commitment to transparent and ethical business practices

Acquisition of GyllyTech

We acquire GyllyTech, an MSP in Cornwall, increasing our presence in the South West

Cloud native solutions

After a vigorous selection process, Techsol are thrilled to become a Sage Intacct partner, Sage's flagship cloud native finance solution

We acquired the trade of Coast Business Solutions in Plymouth to expand our offering into Sage Manufacturing

Relocation to St Austell

We acquire Bit Systems, an award winning Sage retail partner in Cornwall to increase our Sage service offering and expand our geographical spread

Our managed IT service offering was growing from strength to strength, so after bolstering our Microsoft expertise we are awarded Microsoft Silver Partner status

As the business grows, we partner with Sage to become an accredited business partner
