3. AP approvals with delegation
Invoice approvals don’t have to pause when someone is out of the office. With the new delegation feature, AP approvers can assign delegates during planned or unplanned absences. 4. Email domain validation
Keep your email communications secure and reliable. By authenticating your domain, you reduce the chance of emails being marked as spam, protect against phishing, and ensure your messages reach the right people every time.

Want a quick view of where your organisation’s carbon impact is highest? Sage Earth provides insights based on industry averages, helping you prioritise actions, raise awareness internally, and prepare for future sustainability reporting.
6. AR refund: Simplify customer refunds
Recording refunds outside Sage Intacct is now even easier. This new feature supports overpayments, adjustments, advances, and negative invoices, with full multi-currency support. Refunds can be recorded directly, reducing manual adjustments and improving reporting accuracy.
7. New custom tax reports
Tax reporting just got easier. The new out-of-the-box reports, including support for UK VAT groups, simplify reviewing tax liabilities, reconciling your general ledger data, and group VAT filing. Plus, Custom Report Writer enables you to generate tailored insights without submitting a tax return.
8. Enhanced Sage Intelligent Time (SIT)
Time tracking is now more flexible and intuitive. The enhanced timesheet grid allows drag-and-drop columns, custom views, and default settings to streamline entries. Automated overtime rules ensure accurate payroll and project billing, saving time while keeping your processes compliant.
9. Enhanced project revenue recognition
Revenue recognition is now more precise. You can calculate revenue based on actual costs against budget as of a specific date, aligning revenue with posted costs. This improves financial accuracy, makes reporting clearer, and supports compliance.
